BOARD OF DIRECTORS
RICK FOWLER
Rick Fowler is the independent chairman for Third Coast and has 40 years’ experience in the energy industry. In addition to his role at Third Coast, Rick is currently a Board Member for a portfolio company of Quantum Energy Capital Partners (focusing on upstream development opportunities in the deepwater GOM), and PDI Solutions (production support and inspection services company). Rick was formerly Chief Operating Officer for LLOG Exploration until 2020.
He helped grow LLOG to be the fifth largest producer in the GOM and the largest private US oil producer. In his career, Rick has led eight multi-billion-dollar GOM projects using new floating production systems (FPS) including Delta House and numerous subsea tieback projects. Prior to joining LLOG, Rick was Vice President at Dominion E&P (formerly CNG Producing) where he led the $5B Offshore Business Unit including the management of over 300 employees. Rick previously worked for Exxon for twelve years in various operational and supervisory assignments. Rick has a BSME from Tulane University and is a licensed professional engineer. Rick was awarded the API Meritorious Service Award, the SPE Regional Service Award and the SPE Distinguished Contribution Award.
JAKE ERHARD
Jake Erhard is a Partner at ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Erhard joined ArcLight in 2001 and has two decades of energy finance and private equity experience. Mr. Erhard began his career at Schroders, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Erhard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.
SCOTT ANGELLE
Scott A. Angelle, the longest serving Director of U.S. Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement, also held positions in Louisiana as Lieutenant Governor, Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, Chairman, Louisiana Public Service Commission and Water Resources Commission, and St. Martin Parish President. Angelle has been recognized by the GAO, a nonpartisan, fact-based agency, for significant improvements in offshore safety and environmental compliance.

Scott is the CEO and Lead Strategist of Angelle Partners, Vice President and equity partner in Zealous Energy and Environmental Services, and founder of USA Energy Workers, an organization dedicated to elevating and celebrating the contributions of these workers. He has been happily married to Dianne for 36 years, and together they have five children and seven grandchildren.
LEANNE BELL
Leanne Bell is an Independent Director and the Chair of the People and Remuneration Committee of Third Coast. Ms. Bell is a retired financial and power infrastructure expert with a portfolio of board work spanning the infrastructure space in both the United States and Europe. She has overseen the investment of more than $6 billion in global power infrastructure projects and companies.
Before committing full time to non executive board roles in 2014, Ms. Bell was the Chief Financial Officer of Synergy Renewables LLC, Managing Director of Tiger Infrastructure Partners (formerly Lehman Brothers Global Infrastructure Partners) and Managing Director of GE Energy Financial Services. She currently sits on the boards of Ventient Energy Services Limited, Nassau Financial Group and ITC Holdings. She previously served on the boards of Onward Energy Services and John Laing Group Plc. Ms. Bell received a BA in Economics from Smith College.
MARKO JOSIPOVIC
Mr. Josipovic is an Executive Director in the Infrastructure Investments Group at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, based in New York.

He currently has investment and asset management responsibilities for Third Coast, Sonnedix Power Holdings and North Queensland Airports. He has previously also worked across some of the fund’s investments in thermal power generation and water and wastewater.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2016, Mr. Josipovic spent three years in the infrastructure investment team at IFM Investors in Melbourne, Australia. In that role, he was responsible for transaction execution and asset management across a range of sectors, primarily focusing on transportation and utilities. He began his career at National Australia Bank, first as a graduate in the wholesale banking analyst program and then in the bank’s infrastructure project finance team in Sydney.

Mr. Josipovic graduated from The University of Adelaide with a double degree of Bachelor of Laws (Honors) and Bachelor of Finance.

JOE ALVES
Josef Alves is a Managing Director at ArcLight Capital Partners, LLC. Mr. Alves joined ArcLight in 2013 and has over a decade of energy finance experience. Prior to joining Arclight, Mr. Alves was an Analyst in the Project, Commodity & Infrastructure Finance group at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on structuring and arranging structured debt and mezzanine project financings across the energy sector.
Mr. Alves earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting.
BROOKS KLIMLEY
Mr. Klimley is President of Brooks J. Klimley & Associates, a corporate finance advisory firm concentrating on the energy, power and infrastructure sectors. Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Klimley had a plus thirty-year career on Wall Street running investment banking and private equity practices focused on global energy and power markets. Mr. Klimley also acts as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University’s graduate School of International and Political Affairs where he teaches a course entitled, “The Quest for Sustainable Development: Energy and Power Financing Markets.”
In addition to his board roles at Third Coast, Mr. Klimley serves as an independent director on the boards of Antero Midstream Corporation (NYSE: AM) and Jaguar Exploration and Production (Mexico). Mr. Klimley graduated (magna cum laude) from Columbia University where he was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa Society before earning a joint BA/MA in Jurisprudence (Law) from Oxford University.
